DESCRIPTION

Do you dream about eating chocolate birthday cake? Worry whether your cravings for sweets will push you into a sugar binge and harm your health? Do you often find yourself saying no to desserts, but silently wishing there was another option you could eat? Do you find yourself confused looking at all of the sugar substitutes available at the grocery store and not knowing whether you can trust them to be good for you? Are you tired of making your favorite recipe with new-to-you ingredients only to have to throw the whole thing out because it tasted horrible? Do you wonder when you’ll feel comfortable during the holidays and celebrations instead of feeling like you have to control everything that you eat, especially desserts?

Visualize celebrating events where you get to share in the celebration. Picture yourself say yes to eating dessert at home. Consider how much freedom you’ll feel knowing that you can create desserts that are healthy for you and your family—and that you won’t have to rely on a packaged product to enjoy dessert. What desserts do you dream of making to satisfy your cravings? Imagine being able to enjoy a brownie or cookie instead of having fruit as your only choice for dessert. How would your life change if you had more control over your sweet cravings instead of feeling powerless and guilty?

Sweet Synergy is for sugar-sensitive people and diabetics who want to enjoy dessert and for those who simply want to eat healthier—people like you.
